Equipment Excellence
We are committed to sourcing and manufacturing equipment tailored to our clients' specific needs. Our stainless-steel fabrications boast superior quality and finish. We've made significant investments in a state-of-the-art finishing machine, ensuring that steel sheets are impeccably brushed before fabrication, resulting in an outstanding machine-finished surface. To guarantee quality and maintain adequate stock levels, we source steel directly from the UK, Dubai, Japan, South Africa, India, and China.
Our expertise is underpinned by a proficient team, advanced machinery, and skilled engineers and technicians capable of various forms of stainless-steel manufacturing. Our impressive machinery line-up includes Hydra-bending, Guillotine, Punching machines, TIG welding, and high-precision polishing. In addition to food service equipment, we specialize in crafting stainless steel fit-outs for public spaces, encompassing handrails, partitions, kickplates, panelling, doors, and more.
Seamless Implementation
Visiontec sets itself apart by taking a holistic approach to project management. We assume full responsibility for the entire project, leading not only the food and beverage aspects but also coordinating with civil, mechanical, and electrical contractors. This comprehensive oversight ensures the delivery of a final product that aligns perfectly with the client's vision and expectations.
To enhance the operational longevity of our equipment, we offer our clients Annual Maintenance Contracts for preventative maintenance during their first year of operation. Our import warehouse stocks original equipment, facilitating swift service. We proactively arrange for spares and execute quick replacements to minimize downtime for our customers' businesses. Furthermore, we provide equipment operators with guidance on necessary corrective actions.
Training
The entire staff of Visiontec Enterprises Limited undergoes continuous improvement training programs to bring in further efficiency and eliminate wastages. We have internal training programs and use external trainers. Visiontec Enterprises Limitedalso has Training facilities with a fully-fledged Training Kitchen facility.

Equipment

We source and manufacture equipment for clients, depending upon the requirement. Our steel fabrications are of the highest quality and finish. We have invested in a finishing machine to brush finish the steel sheets before fabrication which gives the end product an excellent machine finished surface. We use steel directly imported from the UK, South Africa, India and China to ensure quality and adequate stock levels.

Implementation

Visiontec provides a distinct edge to clients in the manner in which we approach the project. We take charge of the entire project and lead all the other civil, mechanical and electrical contractors, taking responsibility for the end product delivered to the client.
